Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the earning and redemption of W Café Stamps and W Vouchers for orders made via order.wcafe.my.
RM10 spent = 1 W Café Stamp.
6 W Café Stamps = RM5 W Voucher.
Only orders tagged with a valid Malaysian mobile number (verifiable via OTP) qualify for stamps.
Orders made via the W Café App (Google Play / App Store) do not qualify.
Stamps are calculated per individual order. Stamps awarded = floor(total order amount ÷ RM10).
Multiple orders cannot be combined to qualify for stamps.
If a single table order is tagged with multiple mobile numbers, no stamps will be awarded.
W Café Stamps are valid for 21 days from the date awarded. W Vouchers are valid for 10 days from the date issued.
Expired stamps and vouchers cannot be reinstated or extended.
Stamps and vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are not valid with other promotions.
If there is any discrepancy between English and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the English version shall prevail.
W Café reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
Referral Program Terms
These terms apply to W Café’s referral rewards.
Referred friends receive RM10 off their first order with a minimum order of RM20, excluding promotional items.
After the referred friend completes and pays for their first qualifying order, the referrer will receive a RM10 voucher.
Referral rewards are only applicable to customers making their first paid order with W Café using the referred mobile number.
The referrer’s RM10 voucher requires a minimum order of RM20, excluding promotional items.
Referral vouchers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Customers may refer as many friends as they wish, subject to fair use and system validation.
Customers may not refer themselves or use their own referral link to claim rewards.
Referral vouchers are not valid with promotional items, campaign-priced items, or other discounts unless stated otherwise.
W Café reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or amend referral rewards in cases of abuse, suspected fraud, system error, or misuse.
