Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the earning and redemption of W Café Stamps and W Vouchers for orders made via order.wcafe.my.

1) Earn rate

RM10 spent = 1 W Café Stamp.

2) Redemption

6 W Café Stamps = RM5 W Voucher.

3) Eligibility

Only orders tagged with a valid Malaysian mobile number (verifiable via OTP) qualify for stamps.

4) Exclusions

Orders made via the W Café App (Google Play / App Store) do not qualify.

5) Calculation

Stamps are calculated per individual order. Stamps awarded = floor(total order amount ÷ RM10).

6) No combining

Multiple orders cannot be combined to qualify for stamps.

7) One mobile per table order

If a single table order is tagged with multiple mobile numbers, no stamps will be awarded.

8) Validity

W Café Stamps are valid for 30 days from the date awarded. W Vouchers are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

9) Expiry

Expired stamps and vouchers cannot be reinstated or extended.

10) Restrictions

Stamps and vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are not valid with other promotions.

11) Language

If there is any discrepancy between English and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the English version shall prevail.

12) Updates

W Café reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
