Secret Boss Award Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to nominations and voting for the W Café Secret Boss Award campaign.

1. The Secret Boss Award campaign is organised by W Café (Passionaten Performance Enterprise).
2. The campaign runs until 15 May 2026, unless extended, shortened, suspended or ended earlier at W Café’s discretion.
3. Each eligible purchase earns 1 vote.
4. Only paid purchases linked to a valid mobile number are eligible to receive votes.
5. Votes are tied to the customer’s mobile number and may only be used once.
6. Nominees must be genuine secretaries, assistants, administrative staff, or equivalent office support personnel.
7. W Café reserves the right to review, edit, standardise, merge or remove nominee names and company names for clarity, formatting, spelling, duplication or fairness.
8. Duplicate nominees may be combined into a single approved listing.
9. Fraudulent nominations, duplicate abuse, fake identities, spam submissions, suspicious voting activity or misuse of the campaign may be removed or disqualified without prior notice.
10. Only approved nominees may appear in the public voting list.
11. Leaderboard or “current favourites” displays are for campaign engagement only and do not replace W Café’s final internal verification.
12. Winning nominees are determined based on valid votes recorded and verified by W Café.
13. Prizes, campaign mechanics and eligibility rules may be revised when reasonably necessary.
14. By participating in this campaign, customers and nominees agree to these terms and W Café’s final decision on campaign administration.
